(2+a)^2 +(2+2+a)^2 =(a+2+a)^2 a^2 −2a−8=0 (a−4)(a+2)=0 ⇒a=4 [ABC]=((6×8)/2)=24 ✓

(2+a)2+(2+2+a)2=(a+2+a)2a2−2a−8=0(a−4)(a+2)=0⇒a=4[ABC]=6×82=24✓
