$$=\frac{(16-2)(16+2)}{18\times 13}\times \frac{(16-3)(16+3)}{19\times 12}\times ...\times \frac{(16-8)(16+8)}{24\times 7}$$$$=\frac{14}{13}\times \frac{13}{12}\times ...\times \frac{8}{7}=\frac{14}{7}=2$$
