Why Does  ∣A^→ ×B^→ ∣=ABSinθ ?

You can not ask why to a definition.  It is just as it is defined. You can  consult a book about vectors for more  details.

see into the property of what they  do. dot product helps take component,  while cross product helps rotation.

$$\mathrm{see}\:\mathrm{into}\:\mathrm{the}\:\mathrm{property}\:\mathrm{of}\:\mathrm{what}\:\mathrm{they} \\ $$$$\mathrm{do}.\:\mathrm{dot}\:\mathrm{product}\:\mathrm{helps}\:\mathrm{take}\:\mathrm{component}, \\ $$$$\mathrm{while}\:\mathrm{cross}\:\mathrm{product}\:\mathrm{helps}\:\mathrm{rotation}. \\ $$
