$$\mathrm{if}\mathrm{you}\mathrm{meant}\mathrm{the}\mathrm{triangles}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{area}\mathrm{x}:$$$$\mathrm{same}\mathrm{height},\mathrm{same}\mathrm{base}\Rightarrow \mathrm{same}\mathrm{area}$$

$$x^2=2\cdot 8$$$$x=4$$$$Rectanglearea=2(4+8)=24$$$$Yellow=24-(6+8+2)=8u^2$$
