$$say{\int }_0^{1}xf\left(x\right)dx=A=constant$$$$f\left(x\right)=3x+2+A$$$${\int }_0^{1}xf\left(x\right)={\int }_0^1[3x^2+(2+A)x]dx=1^3+\frac{(2+A)1^2}{2}=2+\frac{A}{2}$$$$2+\frac{A}{2}=A$$$$\Rightarrow A=4$$$$\Rightarrow f\left(x\right)=3x+2+4=3x+6$$$${\int }_0^{2}f\left(x\right)dx={\int }_0^2(3x+6)dx=\frac{3\times 2^2}{2}+6\times 2=18$$
