$$\mathrm{Area}=12\times 14-\left(\frac{12\times 7+7\times 6+14\times 6}{2}\right)$$$$=12\times 14-\frac{6\times 7(2+1+2)}{2}$$$$=12\times 14-3\times 7\times 5=168-105={63\mathrm{u}}^2$$
