Area of triangle u, v, w is  ((√((u+v+w)(u+v−w)(u+w−v)(v+w−u)))/4)=  =((√(2(u^2 v^2 +u^2 w^2 +v^2 w^2 )−(u^4 +v^4 +w^4 )))/4)  Now simply insert

Areaoftriangleu,v,wis(u+v+w)(u+vw)(u+wv)(v+wu)4==2(u2v2+u2w2+v2w2)(u4+v4+w4)4Nowsimplyinsert

=(1/4)×(√(6(a^2 b^2 +b^2 c^2 +a^2 b^2 )+2(a^4 +b^4 +c^4 )−2(a^4 +b^4 +c^4 )−2(a^2 b^2 +b^2 c^2 +a^2 b^2 )))  =(1/4)×(√(4(a^2 b^2 +b^2 c^2 +c^2 a^2 )))  =(1/2)(√((a^2 b^2 +b^2 c^2 +c^2 a^2 )))

=14×6(a2b2+b2c2+a2b2)+2(a4+b4+c4)2(a4+b4+c4)2(a2b2+b2c2+a2b2)=14×4(a2b2+b2c2+c2a2)=12(a2b2+b2c2+c2a2)
