$$arof△FDC=\frac{1}{2}\times 10\times 5=25{cm}^2$$$$arofABFD=100-25=75{cm}^2$$$$ar△AEF=△BEF=\frac{5\times 5}{2}=12.5{cm}^2$$$$ar△AFD=75-25=50{cm}^2$$$$arofshaded=\frac{50}{2}+12.5=37.5{cm}^2$$
