$$x^2={AG}^2-{GD}^2$$$$={12}^2+{GE}^2-{GD}^2$$$$={12}^2+{BG}^2-6^2-{GD}^2$$$$={12}^2-6^2+8^2+{GF}^2-{GD}^2$$$$={12}^2+28+{GC}^2-{14}^2-{GD}^2$$$$=28-52+{13}^2+{GD}^2-{GD}^2$$$$=169-24$$$$x=\sqrt{145}$$

$$x^2+6^2+{14}^2={12}^2+8^2+{13}^2$$$$x^2+36+196=144+64+169$$$$x=\sqrt{145}$$
