$$2x+\left(\frac{9}{x}\right)=9$$$$2x^2+9=9x$$$$2x^2-9x+9=0$$$$x_1=\frac{3}{2}and{x}_2=3$$$$\to 3^2+\frac{1}{3^2}=\frac{82}{9}$$$$\to {\left(\frac{3}{2}\right)}^2+\left(\frac{1}{{\left(\frac{3}{2}\right)}^2}\right)=\frac{97}{36}$$$$\mathbf{obviously}\frac{97}{36}<\frac{82}{9}$$$$\to answer\mathrm{b}$$
