$$\cos xand\sin 2aresidelengthes,so$$$$theymustbepositivevalues.$$$$\cos x>0$$$${\cos }^{2}x+{\sin }^{2}2=1$$$$\sin 2=\sin (\pi -2)$$$$\cos x=\sqrt{1-{\sin }^{2}2}=\sqrt{1-{\sin }^2(\pi -2)}=\cos (\pi -2)$$$$\Rightarrow x=(2k+1)\pi \pm 2✓$$
