$${log}_3(9x-3)=1+{log}_3(3x-1),{log}_3(x-\frac{1}{3})={log}_3(3x-1)-1$$$${log}_3(3x-1)=y$$$$\sqrt{1+y}⩽y-1\Rightarrow y⩾3\Rightarrow x\in [\frac{28}{3},+\mathrm{\infty })$$
