I don't know any apps for complex functions... but there might be some. I don't know any apps for fractals (I'm assuming you mean the self similar ones) but knowing how computationally intensive their plotting is, I doubt you'll find any...

$I had one great app and can drow fractals like mandelbrot but I change my mobile and forget its name. I think ; Mr.w and others sent great photos about complex functios and fractals ; also sent the name of apps to drow it$
