	$(1)$ $v_{1}^{2} = v_{2}^{2} + 2 g h = 0 + 2 \times 10 \times \frac{25}{\sqrt{2}}$ $\Rightarrow v_{1} = 18.80 m / s$ $(2)$ $t = \frac{2 \times 25}{18.8} = 2.66 s$
