$$x^{\sqrt{x}}={\left(\sqrt{x}\right)}^{x}x=?$$

$${\left(x\right)}^{\sqrt{x}}={\left(x\right)}^{\frac{1}{2}x}$$$$\left(1\right)\sqrt{x}=\frac{1}{2}x\Rightarrow x-2\sqrt{x}=0$$$$\sqrt{x}(\sqrt{x}-2)=0\Rightarrow x=4$$$$\left(2\right)x=1$$$$\therefore x\in \{1,4\}$$$$$$
