$$u=26.8m/s$$$$v=28.1m/s$$$$h=\frac{v^2-u^2}{2g}=\frac{28.1^2-26.8^2}{2\times 9.81}=3.64m$$$$t=\frac{v\sin 20°+u\sin 10°}{g}$$$$=\frac{28.1\sin 20°+26.8\sin 10°}{9.81}=1.45s$$$$L=\left(u\cos 10°\right)t=26.8\cos 10°1.45$$$$=38.27m$$
