$$\left(1\right)\Rightarrow x=y(y^2+y+2)\wedge y>0$$$$\left(2\right)\Rightarrow \frac{x}{y}=4\vee \frac{x}{y}=8$$$$\Rightarrow$$$$x=4\wedge y=1\vee x=16\wedge y=2$$
