$$SX+SM=(m+n)(4a-b)$$$$\frac{9}{5}SM=(m+n)(4a-b)$$$$\frac{9}{5}(SP+PQ+QM)=(m+n)(4a-b)$$$$\frac{9}{5}\left(\frac{4a-b}{2}\right)=(m+n)(4a-b)$$$$\Rightarrow m+n=\frac{9}{10}✓\left(1\right)$$$$$$
