$$5^{2^{117}}-1=(5^{2^{116}}-1)(5^{2^{116}}+1)=$$$$(5^{2^{115}}-1)(5^{2^{115}}+1)(5^{2^{116}}+1)=$$$$...$$$$=(5^{2^1}-1)(5^{2^1}+1)...(5^{2^{116}}-1)$$

$$(5^2-1)P=1\Rightarrow P=\frac{1}{24}$$
