$$50\mathrm{\%}=50\mathrm{\%}of1\left(bydefault1isargument\right)=0.5$$$$50\mathrm{\%}+50\mathrm{\%}=\left(50\mathrm{\%}of1\right)+\left(50\mathrm{\%}of\left(50\mathrm{\%}of1\right)\right)$$$$=0.5+0.25=0.75$$

$$\mathrm{Btw}\mathrm{even}\mathrm{wolframalpha}\mathrm{has}\mathrm{some}\mathrm{bugs}.$$$$\mathrm{i}.\mathrm{e}.\mathrm{It}\mathrm{cannot}\mathrm{correctly}\mathrm{solve}\mathrm{certain}\mathrm{polynomes}$$$$\mathrm{of}{3}^{\mathrm{rd}}\mathrm{degree}\mathrm{with}3\mathrm{real}\mathrm{solutions}.\mathrm{It}\mathrm{gives}$$$$\mathrm{the}\mathrm{Cardano}\mathrm{solutions}\mathrm{which}\mathrm{are}\mathrm{wrong}\mathrm{in}$$$$\mathrm{these}\mathrm{cases}\mathrm{because}\mathrm{it}{\mathrm{doesn}}^{\prime }\mathrm{t}\mathrm{know}\mathrm{the}$$$$\mathrm{Trigonometric}\mathrm{solutions}.$$
