$$CE=\sqrt{2r^2(1-cos\theta )}=\sqrt{2x^2(1+cos\theta )}$$$$\theta =2\times 30°=60°\Rightarrow \sqrt{2r^2\times \frac{1}{2}}=\sqrt{2x^2\times \frac{3}{2}}$$$$\Rightarrow r=x\sqrt{3}\Rightarrow tan\alpha =\frac{x}{r}=\frac{1}{\sqrt{3}}\Rightarrow \alpha =30°$$

$$2\alpha =2\times 30°$$$$\Rightarrow \alpha =30°$$
