$$CDEF=m$$$$ABFE=3m$$$${\left(\frac{4}{6}\right)}^2=\frac{4}{9}=\frac{4k}{9k}$$$$5k=4m$$$$\frac{5k}{4}=m$$$$4k+\frac{5k}{4}=\frac{21k}{4}$$$${\left(\frac{x}{4}\right)}^2=\frac{21k}{4}\cdot \frac{1}{4k}$$$$x=EF=\sqrt{21}$$$$$$

$$EF=x$$$$\left[ABCD\right]=4\left[EFCD\right]$$$$\frac{4+6}{2}\times h=4\times \frac{x+4}{2}\times \frac{x-4}{6-4}\times h$$$$x^2=21$$$$\Rightarrow x=\sqrt{21}$$
