	$S = 10 a^{2} + 10 b^{2} + c = 8 a^{2} + \frac{1}{2} c^{2} + 2 (a^{2} + b^{2}) + 8 b^{2} + \frac{1}{2} c^{2}$ $x^{2} + y^{2} ⩾ 2 x y$ $S ⩾ 4 a c + 4 a b + 4 b c = 4 (a b + b c + a c) = 8$ $M i n = 8$
