$$4x+2y=x+5y\Rightarrow x=y\Rightarrow s=6x$$$$\sqrt{2^2-{(2y=2x)}^2}=\sqrt{4-4x^2}=2\sqrt{1-x^2}$$$$\frac{3}{5}=\frac{6x}{6x+2\sqrt{1-x^2}}\Rightarrow 2\sqrt{1-x^2}=4x\Rightarrow 4x^2=1-x^2$$$$\Rightarrow x=\frac{\sqrt{5}}{5}\Rightarrow s=\frac{6\sqrt{5}}{5}\Rightarrow s^2=\frac{36}{5}=7.2$$
