$$d=\frac{h}{\tan 30°}=\frac{30-h}{\tan 25°}$$$$\Rightarrow h=\frac{30\tan 30°}{\tan 30°+\tan 25°}=16.7m$$$$\Rightarrow d=28.7m$$
