If x^4 +x^3 +x^2 +x+1=0, then x^(71) −x^(61) +x^(51) +x^(41) +1=?   x^4 +x^3 +x^2 +x+1=0   ⇒(x−1)(x^4 +x^3 +x^2 +x+1)=0  x^5 −1=0⇒x^5 =1   x^(71) −x^(61) +x^(51) +x^(41) +1  =(x^5 )^(14) ∙x−(x^5 )^(12) ∙x+(x^5 )^(10) ∙x+(x^5 )^8 ∙x+1  =(1)^(14) ∙x−(1)^(12) ∙x+(1)^(10) ∙x+(1)^8 ∙x+1  =x−x+x+x+1=2x+1
