$$cos48°=\frac{XA}{19}\Rightarrow XA=19cos48°$$$$\frac{XA}{t_{XA}}=\frac{DA}{t_{DA}}\Rightarrow t_{XA}=\frac{19cos48°\times 216}{27}\approx 102minutes$$
