$$\frac{x}{r}=\frac{8}{r}\Rightarrow x=8$$$$r^2={\left(2x\right)}^2+{(r-8)}^2\Rightarrow r=20$$$$\left[Yellow\right]=\frac{90}{360}\times 400\pi -\frac{20\times 20}{2}=100\pi -200$$
