$$\left(a\right)$$$$p=\underset{r=2}{\sum ^{12}}{C}_r^{12}\times 0.3^r\times 0.7^{12-r}=0.915$$$$\left(b\right)$$$$p=C_6^{12}\times 0.3^6\times 0.7^6=0.079$$$$\left(c\right)$$$$p=\underset{r=0}{\sum ^2}{C}_r^{12}\times 0.3^r\times 0.7^{12-r}=0.253$$
