$$\cos \alpha =\frac{2}{4}=\frac{1}{2}\Rightarrow \sin \alpha =\frac{\sqrt{3}}{2}$$$$blueline=\sqrt{{(6+2)}^2+(4^2-2^2)}=2\sqrt{19}$$$$\Rightarrow R=\frac{2\sqrt{19}}{2\times \frac{\sqrt{3}}{2}}=\frac{2\sqrt{57}}{3}$$

$$or$$$$R=\sqrt{\frac{(6\times 10+4\times 4)(6\times 4+10\times 4)(6\times 4+10\times 4)}{(-4+6+4+10)(4-6+4+10)(4+6-4+10)(4+6+4-10)}}$$$$=\frac{2\sqrt{57}}{3}$$
