$$deg[p\left(x^2\right)\cdot q\left(x\right)]=20$$$$deg\left[\frac{p{\left(x\right)}^3}{q{\left(x\right)}^2}\right]=2$$$$thendegq\left(x\right)=?$$

$$saydegp\left(x\right)=m,degq\left(x\right)=n$$$$2m+n=20$$$$3m-2n=2$$$$\Rightarrow m=6,n=8$$$$i.e.degp\left(x\right)=6,degq\left(x\right)=8$$
