$$sayP(p,p^2)$$$$\tan \theta =2p$$$$\cos \theta =\frac{1}{\sqrt{1+4p^2}}=\frac{1}{4}$$$$\Rightarrow p=\frac{\sqrt{15}}{2}$$$$r=\frac{p}{\sin \theta }=\frac{\sqrt{15}}{2\times \frac{\sqrt{15}}{4}}=2✓$$

$$q=p^2$$$$equationofcommonNormal:$$$$y-q=(-\frac{1}{2p})(x-p)$$$$set{x}_0=0\Rightarrow y_0-q=\frac{1}{2}$$$$R=4(y_0-q)=4\times \frac{1}{2}=2$$
