$$a=\frac{36}{x},b=\frac{36}{y},c=\frac{36}{z}$$$$a+b+c=\frac{36}{x}+\frac{36}{y}+\frac{36}{z}=36(\frac{1}{x}+\frac{1}{y}+\frac{1}{z})$$$$=36\left(\frac{1}{9}\right)=4$$
