$$doyoumean\cos (x+y)insteadof$$$$\cos \left(x\right)+y?$$

$$then$$$$y^{\prime }-\frac{y}{\cos x}=1$$$${it}^{\prime }softype{y}^{\prime }+p\left(x\right)y=q\left(x\right)$$
