$$\frac{5}{x}=\frac{2}{5}\Rightarrow x=12.5$$$$y+5+2=x+5\Rightarrow y=x-2=10.5$$$$\Rightarrow \left[Parallelogram\right]=y+5+x+2+5=35$$
