$$(\mathrm{a}\mathbf{÷}\mathrm{b})\times \mathrm{c}=\frac{\mathrm{ac}}{\mathrm{b}}$$$$\mathrm{a}\mathbf{÷}\left(\mathrm{b}\times \mathrm{c}\right)=\frac{\mathrm{a}}{\mathrm{bc}}$$

$$\frac{10}{7}\times \frac{4}{9}\times \frac{21}{8}$$$$=\frac{5\times 4\times 3}{9\times 4}$$$$=\frac{5\times 3}{9}$$$$=\frac{15}{9}$$$$=\frac{5}{3}$$
