$$\frac{a\times a}{2}=25\Rightarrow a^2=50$$$$\frac{b\times b}{2}=\frac{ab}{2}+84\Rightarrow \frac{a^2{b}^2}{2a^2}=\frac{ab}{2}+84$$$$letX=\frac{ab}{2}=unknownarea$$$$\frac{X^2}{25}=X+84$$$$X^2-25X-25\times 84=0$$$$\Rightarrow X=\frac{25+95}{2}=\frac{120}{2}=60✓$$
