U have 1 cake, and then u buy 5(2/3) cakes  So, u have total 6(2/3) cakes

$$\mathrm{U}\:\mathrm{have}\:\mathrm{1}\:\mathrm{cake},\:\mathrm{and}\:\mathrm{then}\:\mathrm{u}\:\mathrm{buy}\:\mathrm{5}\frac{\mathrm{2}}{\mathrm{3}}\:\mathrm{cakes} \\ $$$$\mathrm{So},\:\mathrm{u}\:\mathrm{have}\:\mathrm{total}\:\mathrm{6}\frac{\mathrm{2}}{\mathrm{3}}\:\mathrm{cakes} \\ $$
