(1/u_1 )=(1/f)−(1/(3u_1 ))    and u_1 −v_1 =D  (1/u_2 )=(1/f)−(1/(6u_2 )) and  u_2 −v_2 =D+15  so f=((3u_1 )/4)   and  f=((6u_2 )/7)  (u_2 −v_2 )−(u_1 −v_1 )=15  −5u_2 +2u_1 =15  ⇒   −5×((7f)/6)+2×((4f)/3) =15  or     −19f =90        f=−((90)/(19)) cm ≈ −4.74 cm .
