If 2A=3B=4C find the value of A:B:C

$${If}\:\mathrm{2}{A}=\mathrm{3}{B}=\mathrm{4}{C}\:{find}\:{the}\:{value}\:{of}\:{A}:{B}:{C} \\ $$

2A=3B  ⇒A:B=3:2  or A:B=6:4    Similarly               B:C=4:3  ⇒A:B:C=6:4:3

$$\mathrm{2}{A}=\mathrm{3}{B} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow{A}:{B}=\mathrm{3}:\mathrm{2}\:\:{or}\:{A}:{B}=\mathrm{6}:\mathrm{4} \\ $$$$\:\:{Similarly}\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\:{B}:{C}=\mathrm{4}:\mathrm{3} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow{A}:{B}:{C}=\mathrm{6}:\mathrm{4}:\mathrm{3} \\ $$

An other method  Let 2A=3B=4C=k     A=(k/2), B=(k/3),C=(k/4)  A:B:C=(k/2):(k/3):(k/4)=(1/2):(1/3):(1/4)  (1/2)(12):(1/3)(12):(1/4)(12)    6:4:3

$$\mathrm{An}\:\mathrm{other}\:\mathrm{method} \\ $$$$\mathrm{Let}\:\mathrm{2}{A}=\mathrm{3}{B}=\mathrm{4}{C}={k} \\ $$$$\:\:\:{A}=\frac{{k}}{\mathrm{2}},\:{B}=\frac{{k}}{\mathrm{3}},{C}=\frac{{k}}{\mathrm{4}} \\ $$$${A}:{B}:{C}=\frac{{k}}{\mathrm{2}}:\frac{{k}}{\mathrm{3}}:\frac{{k}}{\mathrm{4}}=\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{2}}:\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{3}}:\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{4}} \\ $$$$\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{2}}\left(\mathrm{12}\right):\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{3}}\left(\mathrm{12}\right):\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\mathrm{4}}\left(\mathrm{12}\right) \\ $$$$\:\:\mathrm{6}:\mathrm{4}:\mathrm{3} \\ $$
