(u,v) and (x,y) are equidistant  from (h,k) .

$$\left({u},{v}\right)\:{and}\:\left({x},{y}\right)\:{are}\:{equidistant} \\ $$$${from}\:\left({h},{k}\right)\:. \\ $$

u=h+(x−h) cos θ − (y−k) sin θ  v=k+(x−h) sin θ + (y−k) cos θ

$${u}={h}+\left({x}−{h}\right)\:\mathrm{cos}\:\theta\:−\:\left({y}−{k}\right)\:\mathrm{sin}\:\theta \\ $$$${v}={k}+\left({x}−{h}\right)\:\mathrm{sin}\:\theta\:+\:\left({y}−{k}\right)\:\mathrm{cos}\:\theta \\ $$
