$$\mathrm{Relation}\mathrm{is}\mathrm{a}\mathrm{subset}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{A}\times \mathrm{B}.$$$$\mathrm{A}\times \mathrm{B}\mathrm{has}3\times 2=6\mathrm{element}$$$$\mathrm{numbers}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{subsets}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{A}\times \mathrm{B}=2^6=64$$$$\mathrm{number}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{relations}\mathrm{from}\mathrm{A}\mathrm{to}\mathrm{B}=64$$
