CuI is the least ionic because Cu is the smallest cation out of all of them. And I is the biggest anion.

Isn't Na the smallest cation?

Because of the presence of the d orbital in Cu electronic configuration, it shows some anomalies.

Commented by Tinkutara last updated on 07/Jan/18

Where can I find these anomalies? Which book?

These were taught to me in FIITJEE classes.
