$$\cos C=\frac{3}{5}=\frac{a^2+b^2-c^2}{2ab}$$$$\Rightarrow \frac{{(n+1)}^2+{(n+2)}^2-n^2}{2(n+1)(n+2)}=\frac{3}{5}$$$$\Rightarrow \frac{n^2+6n+5}{2(n^2+3n+2)}=\frac{3}{5}$$$$\Rightarrow n^2-12n-13=0$$$$\Rightarrow n=13$$$$a=14,b=15,c=13,s=21$$$$Area=\sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)}$$$$=\sqrt{21\times 7\times 6\times 8}=7\times 3\times 4=84$$$$option\left(2\right).$$
