$$wehave\left[t\right]⩽t<\left[t\right]+1\Rightarrow \left[\frac{1}{x}\right]⩽\frac{1}{x}<\left[\frac{1}{x}\right]+1$$$$\Rightarrow \mathrm{\forall }x>0x\left[\frac{1}{x}\right]⩽1<x\left[\frac{1}{x}\right]+x\Rightarrow 0⩽1-x\left[\frac{1}{x}\right]<x$$$$but{lim}_{x\to 0^{+}}x=0\Rightarrow {lim}_{x\to 0^{+}}x\left[\frac{1}{x}\right]=1.$$

$$forx>0wehave0⩽1-x\left[\frac{1}{x}\right]<x\Rightarrow 0⩽x-x^2\left[\frac{1}{x}\right]<x^2$$$$\Rightarrow -x⩽-x^2\left[\frac{1}{x}\right]<x^2-x\Rightarrow x-x^2<x^2\left[\frac{1}{x}\right]⩽xbut$$$${lim}_{x\to 0}(x-x^2)={lim}_{x\to 0}x=0\Rightarrow {lim}_{x\to 0}{x}^2\left[\frac{1}{x}\right]=0$$
