u:R^2 →R (∂u/∂y)+(∂u/∂x)(x^2 +y^2 )+2xu=0

$${u}:\mathbb{R}^{\mathrm{2}} \rightarrow\mathbb{R} \\ $$$$\frac{\partial{u}}{\partial{y}}+\frac{\partial{u}}{\partial{x}}\left({x}^{\mathrm{2}} +{y}^{\mathrm{2}} \right)+\mathrm{2}{xu}=\mathrm{0} \\ $$

Let us consider this equation dx−(x^2 +y^2 )dy=0 (i) This is not an exact equation. M=1,N=−(x^2 +y^2 ) This equation can be converted to exact, if (∂M/∂y).u+(∂u/∂y)∙M=(∂N/∂x)∙u+(∂u/∂x)N (∂u/∂y)=−2xu−(x^2 +y^2 )(∂u/∂x) Which is the given differential equation. In other words the given differential equation gives integrating factor for (i). (∂M/∂y)=0, (∂N/∂x)=−2x (((∂M/∂y)−(∂N/∂x))/N)=((−2x)/(−(x^2 +y^2 ))) This is not a function of only x. (((∂M/∂y)−(∂N/∂x))/M)=((−2x)/1) This is not a function of only y. So it does not look like u(x,y) is an elementry function. I will see if it can he solved in terms of other functions.
