$$16\frac{3}{5}-4\frac{3}{4}=16\frac{12}{20}-4\frac{15}{20}=$$$$=15\frac{32}{20}-4\frac{15}{20}=11\frac{17}{20}$$$$16\frac{3}{5}\mathrm{is}\mathrm{greater}\mathrm{than}4\frac{3}{4}\mathrm{by}11\frac{17}{20}$$
