	$(a)$ $\frac{1}{2} \times 16 \times [{(\frac{300}{60} \times 2 π)}^{2} - {(\frac{u_{2}}{60} \times 2 π)}^{2}] = 5000$ $\Rightarrow u_{2} = 182 r e v / m i n$ $(b)$ $\frac{5000}{5} = 1000 W a t t$
