In this question two answers are possible. Are both correct?

$$If10Nforceisload,$$$$\frac{load}{effort}=mech.adv.$$$$effort=\frac{load}{mech.adv.}=\frac{10N}{100}=0.1N$$$$effortarm\times effort=loadarm\times load$$$$\Rightarrow effortarm=\frac{20cm\times 10N}{0.1N}=20m$$$$if10N=effort$$$$\frac{load}{effort}=mech.adv.$$$$\Rightarrow load=10N\times 100=1000N$$$$effortarm\times effort=loadarm\times load$$$$\Rightarrow loadarm=\frac{20cm\times 10N}{1000N}=2mm.$$

Thank you Sir! Is it always specified in these types of questions effort and load arm?
