what′s the eccentric angle? is it ∠F_1 AF_2 ?

$$\mathrm{what}'\mathrm{s}\:\mathrm{the}\:\mathrm{eccentric}\:\mathrm{angle}? \\ $$$$\mathrm{is}\:\mathrm{it}\:\angle{F}_{\mathrm{1}} {AF}_{\mathrm{2}} ? \\ $$

What are F_1 and F_2 ?

$${What}\:{are}\:{F}_{\mathrm{1}} \:{and}\:{F}_{\mathrm{2}} ? \\ $$

the focuses x^2 +9y^2 =25 (x^2 /(25))+(y^2 /(25/9))=1 ellipse with a=5; b=(5/3) e=(√(a^2 −b^2 ))=((10(√2))/3) F_1 = (((−((10(√2))/3))),(0) ) F_2 = ((((10(√2))/3)),(0) ) so my question is: is the eccentric angle the angle between the lines F_1 A and F_2 A? because in this case this angle is equal to the angle between F_1 B and F_2 B
